Lisa & Jeff helped us out of a bind, and we are incredibly grateful. In what felt like a full-on comedy of errors, we had equipment being delivered—a challenge on its own—when the driver got a flat tire and was delayed. To make matters worse, the tow we had already set up ended up getting totaled. After calling around, another shop recommended American Towing, and they truly saved the day. They turned what had become a nightmare into a walk in the park. American Towing will absolutely be our first call going forward.

I would highly recommend American Auto Towing & Salvage. Jeff and Lisa were both awesome! Jeff towed our rental car out of Glacier Nat’l Park after a very scary accident. He was super nice and patient while we tried to figure out what to do. Lisa drove us to the airport & waited while we rented another car. They went above and beyond to help us out. I cannot even begin to express my gratitude for these kind people. My car’s starter stopped working up in Glacier and I called these guys late at night to set up a tow and they were more than helpful. Lisa called around places for me to stay, was very compassionate about my particular situation and told me about good local auto shops I could have my car repaired at. She also took the time to make sure my vehicle was finished in a very quick timeframe. The tow was done quickly and Jeff was very professional and kind. Jeff was an amazing rescuer! We were visiting from out-of-state when disaster struck in the form of a flat tire way out in the wilderness, and American was the number one recommended towing company by the tire company to fetch the car. Jeff was fast, friendly, polite, conversational, and an all around great guy during his rescue of us. He was so speedy despite the remote location that we were able to get new tires installed that same day! He even provided future travel tips for the road ahead!
