Had a low tire, went to get air in it since I bought my tires from them. They fixed it for me on the spot and let me sit in the lobby with my dog while I waited (winter out) and it wasn’t planned. Excellent customer service from Spencer. Turn around wasn’t inconvenient either. Overall very happy with my warranty, quality of service and tires! 🙏 Thank you for keeping my best interests in mind as a customer, this is why I always come back. ✨

I plugged in the information of car into their site and several tire recommendations came up. Once selected, made the appointment on line with confirmation sent immediately. The tires were in stock, got them on in a timely manner. Had to go back a different day for the alignment, but that was taken care of very quickly. Tires are great all season tires, and the steering doesn't shimmy anymore!

Had a great experience here. They repaired my tire and helped me swap out the donut I had on my car. I want to say Caleb was the guys name(seemed like the go to guy in the shop and everyone asked for him) helped me out. I’m organizing ordering new winter tires and planning to have this location help with the work in the next week. Service like this is rare and I couldn’t be more blessed to have gotten it at this time.

We had a leak in a tire while traveling through Glacier and a service station suggested Les Schwab. The repair was completed timely and we were back on the road. The staff was professional and friendly. Would definitely go back for service if we lived in the area.

I came in needing new brakes and they tried to tell me that my front tires (which are less than a year old have less than 10,000 miles on them) absolutely HAD to be replaced for $650 before they could even look at my brakes. I left and took it to another shop and that shop confirmed that my tires are in “great condition” and I “do not need new tires”. Was it my out of state plate? Is it because I’m a woman? Not sure but they 100% tried to con me. Be careful.
