I had a great experience with American Autotech! From start to finish, the team was professional, honest, and easy to work with. They took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my car and gave me options before moving forward with any repairs. The service itself was quick and efficient, and I really appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work. Pricing was fair, and they even followed up to make sure everything was running smoothly after I picked up my car.

I’ve been getting my car serviced at American Autotech since 2014. Moved down to Houston in 2018 but I still drive up to Arlington if I need work done on my car, and it’s definitely worth the investment for the quality of work they do. Repair costs are also well below other quotes I’ve gotten. Never had to go twice for the same issue. Horrible experience this family started out appearing to be helpful until I kept having to bring my vehicle back over and over again for same issues that I paid for. Abdul got upset b/c of it and started raising his voice at me. I expressed to him that it’s not my fault that my repairs are not properly done I am not the mechanic . They kept my car in stall for hours as though they were checking/fixing it but wasn’t at all. I spoke Abdul & Ahmed but my car left with same issues. I spent 8,000 plus on several repairs and to this day the problems I not been resolved

Awesome business!!! Customer Service is beyond reproach and they can work on any foreign car. This is the only place I take my Audi.

Unfortunately, I did not get the excellent customer service others talked about. I dont know if they lack experience with my type of vehicle or if they are just dishonest. Neither is good. I took my vehicle to them based on a recommendation. Long story short, I've been without a working AC since July 4th. I've got nothing but excuse after excuse from this repair shop on the day that I'm in the lobby waiting to pick up my vehicle. First, they claim the wrong part was in the right box from the dealership. Thats not true. Its impossible to get the wrong part in the right box!! Second, they received another part on a Tuesday and didn't realize it was damaged until they were putting it on the vehicle! What certified place dont check the parts when they receive them?
