I use American Bus to repair my MB Sprinter based RV. All three times have been great experiences. Much easier and more convenient than using a MB dealer

Brought in my skoolie because it had a transient shake in the front end. First they recommended replacing the shocks so I did that, but it did not fix the problem. Brought it back and they said my steering gear box was bad. Had them replace it for $2300. That didn’t fix the problem either. To make it even worse they screwed up the repair and had to order a new tool to fix the steering column threads they stripped. The repair took two days longer than they had initially indicated causing me to cancel a trip and loose $$ on a missed reservation. Finally they tell me my tire is bouncing and that I might need to get them balanced, but they didn’t have the equipment to do it. I think they sold me an unnecessary repair. I assumed that they would have ruled out something simple like tire balance

If there was 0 stars I would. This company is charging more than any other company example I G Burton which is bluebirds charge 700 for inspection for class A. This place charges 1400.00 get a call bus is ready. Get there a little over a month of them having the bus. Says can't sign off because of wholes in seat. Was told 2300.00 over the phone never said wouldn't pass inspection if don't get done. So the price was then quoted 1400.00. Ask what was done they said inspection but they lost my class a yellow sheet. So I educated u can't show me what you did I am not paying nothing. Then spoke to manager he quoted 700. I paid it and still had to take to another state inspector to get inspected another 700 . Will be calling corporate.

We really appreciate the fact they did not even try to add the typical stupid dealer BS add-ons or other charges most dealers add. They are definitely customer oriented. Would I recommend American Sprinter to my associates? - an absolute YES. We worked with sales rep Brad Craddock and his manager Jack Leonard.
