American Detail Supply of Victoria

I took my father's ranch truck to get detailed. I wish I had photos of the before because the truck had caked on caliche with grass blanketing the bed, outside, inside the vehicle and underneath the hood. The bed liner was beat up and had bad sun damage. The caliche was also all over the dashboard, inside every crevice of the vehicle. There was paint scrape damage on the paint on the sides. Essentially a heavily used ranch truck that lives on gravel roads, pastures, hay barns, and lives in the brutal Texas sun. I live in Houston and have my own vehicles detailed and almost always have to detail after detail work and have a timeframe on how much they'll spend and then stop. I took my father's truck to American Detail and told them.. make it look like new. And WOW, amazing job. Colori

American Details has cleaned two of my cars. Both were done excellent and quickly. The entire crew is friendly and responsible. I appreciate the prompt reply when contacting them to Schedule and get my vehicle in. They also offer gift certificates that i found helpful.

First time trying this location and I’m going to give it 2 stars. The interior was perfect and that’s where the good stops. Exterior was about 1/2 star. Bugs were left on the entire front end, mirror caps, and fenders. They proceeded to wax over those locations. I dropped it off for my appointment at 7:20 AM and was told to pick it after lunch. Arriving at 1:20 they had just washed it and seems to me rushed it through. No offers were made to discount price or bring it back to make it right. They only wanted to scrub the bugs off with some kind of blue cleaner after the fact. Locals may get a better shake but I would choose other wise. For $225 it was a slap in the face and I could have stopped by a fundraiser on the side of the road for a more thorough wash. Edit for rebuttal: Pictures

Definitely not taking any of our vehicles… back to this place not satisfied with quality.. 150 bucks for for exterior wax wax was left on and spots missed not to mention wax on plastic areas which I cannot get off. . I have a 80,000 truck and now I have to get another professional detail, with there documentation of there findings for reference…

My car was a MESS and now it looks brand spankin' new. I forgot to take before photos, but I'm impressed. Thank you for doing such an awesome job!!!!
