Took my box truck in for tires and requested camber bushings, and it was eventful. To start, when the mechanic drove my truck into the bay to make sure it would fit, he backed into a BMW in the parking lot and then blamed my truck. Then, on pickup, they told me Camber bushings could not be done because of loose ball joints on the right side. When I took my truck home and jacked it up, I confirmed the ball joints are tight, but I do have slight play in the wheel bearing. Now I have new tires and a truck that pulls harder than when I dropped it off and was charged for a heavy-duty alignment. I will post a YouTube video next week, confirming the ball joints are tight. This is part of the reason I left the industry of automotive repair. GOOD LUCK!

I just got an alignment done, when I made the appointment they said $169, when I picked it up they charged $179(not a huge deal). They did not offer an explanation for why one of my tires was worn out and the others were fine. I had to keep asking questions because they were not eager to help me understand. Finally got a mechanic that came from the garage to explain because he overheard me sounding confused. I guess time will tell if they aligned it correctly or not. Communication could have been better at pickup, I felt they were eager for payment and no conversation. Maybe that is what some customers want but I had specific concerns I made clear prior to the service that I wanted to be explained.

Came in at the scheduled time and they took care of what I needed within an expected time frame. I got a full explanation of what was done, recommendations of what repairs I should expect in the future. Overall, satisfied with the service and would recommend them to someone I know. They also took time to explain issues to other customers, with significant understanding and care. Excellent place for great service.

Had to get my toe set on my Jeep Wrangler. American Tire & Auto was able to get my vehicle in the next morning and have it ready the same day. I ended up having to bring it back because something just didn’t seem right. They took it in and had it ready in a couple of hours. Very easy to deal with and very easy to make an appt. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
