Smooth experience, Luis was very helpful. I usually take my Honda to the dealership but these guys really treated me proper. Same-day appointment and I waited in the shop for what felt like no time at all. The dude with the tattoos (joe?) took extra care to make sure I was completely satisfied and had great attention to detail on the repair work.

This is the third time that I’m writing this review. My first one was stellar and then I realized something minor had to be adjusted and I revised negative, Issue I discovered was minor but it really annoyed me I won’t go into details but I didn’t have the time really to take care of it so it was a big inconvenience. I’m in the Sales world and you only truly know how good someone is when you have a problem and how they treat it and they treated me (and I’m not very patient) with the utmost respect as well as financially making me whole. They did everything right. We all make mistake I do daily but again its how we resolve them.

I had a really positive experience at Midas. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the situation clearly. They looked into an issue I was having with my tires and were very upfront about the possible costs depending on what needed to be done. I really appreciated their honesty and how they tried their best to find the most affordable solution. I really appreciated how attentive and patient they were, answering all my questions and making sure I understood what was happening. Louis and his team worked tirelessly on my vehicle to find a fuel leak. Pictures of findings were sent upon request. OEM parts were used wherever possible and savings were given as well.
