The service at all of the American Tire Depots over the years has been exceptional, and I always highly recommend ATD! I've been a customer for years having tires, brake, shocks, oil changes, and alignments on my F j Cruiser, and have referred many family members and friends. I just bought a 2013 Tesla Model S, and David in Lake Forest took care of me, and got me the best deal possible on new Michelins, an alignment and brakes. I would highly recommend David in Lake Forest.

This is Esmaeel Ahrarinouri . Thank you to Andrew and the technicians for helping me fix my flat tire and doing the tire rotation. They repaired the flat tire for free because I had originally purchased the tires there, which I really appreciated. It was a very busy Sunday and Andrew was working alone, helping many customers, but he still handled everything very well. I always buy my tires here because the staff is friendly and the service is great.

Great experience at American Tire Depot in Lake Forest. Worked with David and he was super helpful and professional. They did a brake check and brake fluid service, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell me. Quick, honest service at a fair price. I’ll definitely be back. 👍

I cannot say enough good things about this shop and the people that work there. I found myself and my daughter 2 hours from home with an unexpected tire emergency late on Saturday afternoon. The crew there went above and beyond to help me out and I cannot stress enough how kind and caring they were. They pulled all the strings to get my car fixed and safe the same day. Everyone was amazing but Tim really went the extra mile. Truly some exceptional people working at this location, the only thing that makes me sad is that I live so far away it wouldn't make sense for me to use this location in the future but I will be using American Tire locations near me in the future due to either exceptional service I encountered here. I dropped off my car for a flat tire replacement on 8/7/25. When I came back to pick my car up, there was a noticeable dent (see photo) on the trunk. The store manager, David Leon, told me he couldn’t “throw one of his guys under the bus” and to take it up with my insurance. I contacted the are manager, Oscar Rodriguez, who promised to investigate & call me back but he didn’t get back to me or respond to my call/text. After numerous calls to their corporate number and asking to speak to another manager, I finally got a call back from Oscar Rodriguez telling me that the dent must have happened after they parked my car in their parking lot & that it was not their responsibility if my car was dinged by someone while it’s parked there!
