I can’t say enough good things about David and Willie at American Tire Depot. After buying two specific tire sensors and calling and visiting multiple shops with no luck, I was beyond frustrated. When I came in, David and Willie actually took the time to check my tires thoroughly instead of just selling me parts I didn’t need. They quickly realized that my vehicle’s tire sensors are extremely sensitive to PSI and that all I needed was the correct tire pressure, not new sensors at all. I came in with an old quote, and they were happy to honor it and even helped apply it to the tire brand I wanted. I really appreciated that there was no pressure to buy additional products or upgrade—just honest, straightforward service. They clearly explained the timeline for the work, and everything was completed exactly when they said it would be. I’m extremely satisfied and would absolutely return. I had such a great experience after a stressful morning. I had a punctured tire and I was sent to this location because they had my tire in stock, but David Q went above and beyond. He helped me find good priced tires, since I was just on the verge of needing replacements anyway. His guidance and professionalism really lifted a weight off my shoulders.
