Matthew Ispecky took phenomenal care of my truck and each interaction I witnessed while waiting for my truck to finish exemplified his skills as a Service Manager/Assistant Manager. He had a selling pitch based around the concept of taking care of the customer and handled frustrated customers just as well. Certainly a professional, a caring member of the customer facing team, and appear to handle his leadership well.

You might get MILEAGE INCONSISTENCY reported by this place Make sure the correct miles are reported to Carfax when you get any type of service here. Owned by Big brand tires transferred to this location All I was trying to do is get them to fix wrong miles reported to Carfax when I haven’t even send my car to them I live 3.5 hours way and some how they reported a service with wrong miles. All I got from the manager was call corporate but they can’t give me corporate number or seem to want to help.

I got there 30 minutes before close and they still took me in despite being obviously booked. They even stayed late after closing to patch my tire for me. Great service and great people.

I had a piece of metal stuck in my rear driver-side tire, and they took care of it right away. They patched it up super fast and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Everyone was friendly, honest, and genuinely helpful. If you want fast, trustworthy, and reliable service, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend!

As a disabled single mom I have been in a pinch financially. My tires were absolutely not safe to drive on. I had already talked to a couple other shops for quotes and when I called this business the manager was super kind and willing to meet close to the other prices I was quoted. Every single employee was kind and working super efficiently as a unit. The customers who were there ahead of me were in and out and treated kindly (even the extra picky old man was completely appeased and treated kindly). When they were done w my car and I went to pay, the manager was super friendly and had amazing customer service skills. I texted two friends afterwards telling them how much I recommend their shop. Absolutely recommend 10/10 would definitely go to again. Thank you!!!
