California Collision Center Oceanside

California Collision Center took on my classic car as a fun project even though they don’t usually work on classics. I brought it in with dings everywhere, paint that was cracking, and clear coat that was peeling off. There were literally dents on every panel of the car. I had previously brought this Mercedes here a few years ago because the shipper had dented and scraped the hood pretty badly. At that time, they offered to paint the entire car since the paint wasn’t in great condition, but I wasn’t ready. A few years later I came back, and they said they would take it on. They did a full teardown, replaced the seals and trim, and painted the entire car with the original OEM paint color. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Communication about the status of the car was excellent

Five stars seems unfair for how far out of their way California collision went to make my situation better. For starters their work is immaculate but, their outstanding customer service and overall care for their customers is what really sets them apart. Marc stayed late on Saturday to be able to take my car in after an accident. He even went as far as to take me to enterprise and set up the rental himself. All things that he didn’t have to do. During the repairs Ted called me with updates and was just as kind and compassionate as Marc. They buffed the entire car and it came out even better than I remember it. This is absolutely where I would recommend my mom, my sister , and all my neighbors go after an accident or any bodywork. Being a O’Side local -Thank you for your service to the comm

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Ted and D for making my car look super brand new from the back. I just want to point out how they went above and beyond on how knew they made my repair look I’m not even mad at the whole hangout would happen just because of the fact of how they left it so clean. Incredible customer service. I had been rear ended, and this was the highest rated body shop local to me, that came up for my insurance. Ted is so kind and welcoming and made the process so incredibly painless. He and his team go above and beyond to make their customers happy and satisfied. I will be coming here for any body work I may need done, even unrelated to accidents, and will be telling all my friends about this place. Honestly in large part due to how awesome Ted is! Great at communicating updates and answering questions!
