American Tire Depot

First time visiting American Tire Depot and I had an amazing experience! I came in with a couple of issues and they were super accommodating with both my time frame and budget. They really took the time to explain what was going on with my car, which I appreciated so much. Vincent was incredibly helpful, honest, and professional—and just made the whole experience even better. Everything went smoothly with absolutely no issues. Hands down a great visit for my tire service and oil change. I’ll definitely be coming back!

From the second I walked in the staff were very welcoming and helpful. I am always hesitant to go to any mechanic or shop on my own since I've had many experiences where they ripped me off or at least tried to just because I'm a woman. Kudos to the entire team here for hooking me up with a great deal and making the process seamless and I want to thank Vicente for his great customer service skills and explaining the prices and my options. I will definitely be coming back!

So I just wanna say this place really messed my car up. I ended up having to get rid of it. They told me my radiator was cracked with no proof after I had paid for the radiator to be replaced. They call me two days later to tell me that my water pump was also broken, after replacing the radiator I drove my car to work that night and ended up having coolant leak out of my car right away. I take it back to them to ask them to please fix what they done. They wanted to charge me another 2000 $3000 for it. I said no thank you I learned my lesson take it to a trusted mechanic and not these people. They totally ripped me off, and my car was worse off than when I took it in and spending all that money on a radiator that didn’t need to be replaced in a water pump later on wasn’t the problem. This morning, the tire pressure light suddenly came on, so I called to make an appointment. When I arrived, Vicente provided excellent service and was very friendly. He helped adjust the tire pressure settings and didn’t charge any fee. I really appreciate it and highly recommend their service!

Went in as soon as they opened for 2 tires and an alignment. Not much information is given at the desk for prices, also mechanic was running about an hour late for the alignment. So I wondered around for 3 hours to get a call saying they could not do alignment due to arm bars being damaged which is understandable . I walked back and was charged $400 for the 2 tires and labor. I was charged $48 for tire maintenance certificate which I would have refused if he asked me. He was very disorganized giving me my paperwork he even stapled the wrong sheet and wouldn't have noticed if I didn't ask questions. Next time i will drive the distance to japanese auto center in torrance
