Brian, the manager in Santa Fe Springs was really helpful getting my tire fixed luckily I had a warranty so I was able to get a new tire. There was an issue getting the tire took a week which was not their fault but Brian was very helpful and made sure the tire ended up showing up And took the time to call me to let me know it was there and got the job done, quick, efficient and professional appreciate his help very much

**DO NOT go this location** Arrived Sat 22NOV2025 @ 316pm in my 2018 Tesla w/spare tire on. In the trunk was the Flat that had a piece of metal (not on sidewall) in it. Worker Bryant F. wrote me up said would look at the tire to fix and let me know. 25mins later advised me tire was not repairable. Also stated that I had not just the metal piece in the flat but also another leak near the rim. Shockingly I said okay whats a new tire cost. $311 was his response. I politely passed got my Invoice at left. An hour later drove to America's Tire in Cerritos, was told my flat looks fixable they will check it out. Within the hour flat was fixed, metal out, and tire back on the Tesla. America's Tire said there was no issue, no other leak and due to it not being on sidewall was fixable. Th

Incredibly disappointed with the management here. I came in for a tire quote and decided to think about it. I walked to get food nearby and was gone for maybe 20 minutes. In that short time, they called a tow truck on me. I had to pay the driver $100 on the spot just to unhook my car. Total lack of customer service and a predatory way to treat someone who was just in their shop. I will never bring my business here.

Told the guy I was losing air and to check for a nail. He filled it up and said it was the cold weather. I drove out and it started losing again. So I drove it in and he said he would check it. I waited in the lobby and he said it was all done. That there was probably a nail there but its not there anymore. I drove away and I noticed the same thing happening as if nothing was done. I was able to make it to another location near by and it was a couple hours wait for them to tell me that therenwas a nail in the side wall and needed a nre tire. Im very dissatisfied of the service this location provided
