I had google searched "customer provided motor oil service" and this place popped up. I called to confirm and they verified. When I arrived, they were very friendly and professional. Upon changing my oil, they pointed out that my tire was in dire need of replacement (which it was) (picture provided). I would've never noticed if the car wasn't elevated: they immediately provided an option for replacement for $215 or said they can order a cheaper one and it would arrive at noon the next day. I wanted to keep cost low so I elected for them to order. The fact the provided the cheaper option for me let me know they weren't in it for the money but for great customer service. To my surprise, they told me to leave my rim there for the replacement and threw on my spare for me so I could get home! A

Start to finish, it was a great experience! American Tire Depot had the best prices on the tires I wanted at the time plus free installation makes this experience more valuable than anywhere else I checked. Bought and installed 5 tires, wheels balanced and aligned, TPMS checked, brake pads checked all under 2 hours. Leo made sure I wasn’t paying for anything I didn’t need. I will be coming back for more work when needed.

I came in for a tire rotation, brake inspection, alignment inspection, and TPMS inspection. They recommended new tires because my tires were about five years old and the tread was low which was fair and accurate. They also pointed out a nail in one tire that I hadn’t noticed, which was also correct. However, they then recommended two additional services that made me pause, decline service at the time, and consider a second opinion. They said I needed new spark plugs, even though my car (a 2018 Toyota Corolla LE) is not due for spark plugs until about 120,000 miles. I was well under that interval. They also told me my brake pads were at 4 mm and needed replacement. I took the car to another trusted shop. That shop measured my brake pads at 8 mm, which is still in good condition, and con

So I called to get help looking for tires for my Jeep and Jimmy answered the phone and helped me more than I could’ve wished for!!! He answered all of my questions and got me some nice tires for my wife’s truck. When I got there, it was Jimmy AGAIN!!! Helping the staff and other customers as they arrived, this man was doing so much it was impressive. The staff were efficient and very professional. 4 brand new silent drive tires with a 5 year warranty, all under $800. Can’t find prices like that around here!!! Thank you again for all the help!!!

I went to American Tire Depot at 5262 Van Nuys Blvd, Sherman Oaks, CA 91401, and what makes this location impressive is the staff that works it. I went on Sunday, and was greeted by Jimmy. Later on, Eduardo. Both were top notch, professional and had a history in automotive, so I knew they both loved their job, and it showed. The mechanic who assisted me was John, and he too was caring and informative. Tire repair is not the #1 choice for anyone but these three made it a pleasant experience. A shout out to Jordan, the manager as well. It is all about leading by example!
