Some of the worst people at the office. After showing up, I had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to show up in the office. After that, it was another 20 minutes because their printer wasn't working. There were 3 guys here and none of them could work the thing. No one giving updates, no one speaks a word of English. Just terrible staffing, terrible attitude, no idea what customer service is.

My husband and I came in couple days ago for a third party service pick up there really busy lot of options couple of guys were rude but we had this gentleman name Richard who seemed really happy and energetic made our service really enjoyable I asked him to help us load the tires he said he wasn’t supposed to but my husband had a bad back so went out his way to help us thank you for that great costumer service

Bought a set of Ironman tires from one of their local distributors. I paid cash and was told I would get a better deal that way but there would be no paperwork, no warranty. To save the money, I agreed. Got the new Ironman tires installed, left and hit the freeway, 2 miles away. At 65 MPH, the car started shaking, a lot! I should have turned around but went home and emailed the installing shop, twice. No response. I ended up paying a different shop for a tire balancing and alignment, since the original shop wouldn't respond. I was told at that shop (A national tire dealer) that there is a good chance the tires are bad. So I reached out to Ironman with all the above info. They responded with a canned response, saying I needed a tire balancing. I already told them I had it done a

Their. Service is not only bad they take their sweet time I have lasted as much as 40 minutes just to pick up 4 tires
