I buy all of my tires for my store from here and the customer service is excellent. Even on issues that are not their responsibility to fix, they go above and beyond to fix them. I deal with Darsey. 10/10
Otr Drivers..Check in at Shipping Office and provide paperwork. Dock worker will break the seal#. Go to assigned dock# and slide the tandems to the rear. Chock the tires. Dock worker will let the driver know when you are unloaded and get paperwork. Took over 3 hours to get unloaded. Unloaded by hand and stacked and fork lift.
I pick up tires here almost everyday for work. Great service I don't have to wait a long time for tires and the Employees are cool group of guys. ATD is awesome!

Service is horrible. They take forever and they do not communicate with you. The guy just threw the tires at me.
