American Tire Stores - Ventura

So glad we picked this placed to have our tire fixed. We were on our way to LAX when we noticed a completely flat tire on our rental. They guys at American Tire Stores in Ventura took care of it immediately and we were on way without missing a beat. Finding a giant construction screw in your tire is a bit scary. Thank you so much Robert!!!!

I had air leaking from my tire for weeks until my boyfriend called the American Tire store on Main Street requesting an appointment. They were incredibly busy that day but were happy to try to accommodate. I came in and they worked diligently and quickly to try to find the hole while managing their other appointments for the day. When they finally located the hole, Robert was so kind as to help me get a discount for a set of new tires, which they ordered for me. The next day, I just dropped my car off for them to work on. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for high quality service and reliable people. Again, shout out to Robert for being so kind and helpful- he definitely made what was a frustrating situation on my end much more bearable.

It’s very refreshing to go somewhere with such amazing customer service. They got me in just before closing to get four new tires installed as well as an alignment. They had no problem doing it because they saw how worn out the tires were on our car and they weren’t gonna let us leave and come back the following day. They also were able to get us a very fair deal. They definitely made some new customers from today’s experience.

While on a road trip we got a flat, showed up on our donut asking to top it off. The gentleman topped it off but when he found out we have over 300+miles to go, he patched our regular tire. In good conscious he could not send us out on a donut. We were in and out in a half hour and they were very busy. Best customer service!

The tire service was excellent. Management and staff are on task and quick. Very descriptive and assisted me to the fullest. I highly recommend anyone get their tires here. Thank you again. Angelo Padilla
