I am the facilities manager with Oliver Gospel Mission and we purchased some container for storage. American towing was contracted by our supplier to deliver and place them. I could not have picked a better company. From the very first contact I knew this would be a great experience. Melissa has to be the most personable, professional, and caring individual. She is everything you would want in customer service. She listened and gave her advice and when she was unsure was honest and said she’d find out. She called me back exactly when she said she would and got us set up and scheduled for delivery. It didn’t end there though Wes showed up on the day of the delivery. I had to have my car towed after hours on Friday to the dealership for service Saturday. They gave me a very fair price and the driver Dennis White was super nice kept me informed on eta because he was very busy, arrived and took great care loading and securing vehicle .I was told by the dealership he followed all procedures to the letter. Omg I cannot praise American Towing Service ENOUGH 🙌🏿‼️ They informed of any and everything pertaining to my vehicle, even if they had an unforseen emergency and was running behind. Melissa, is OUTTA THIS WORLD 🤗‼️You can literally hear the smile in her voice when you speak with her. I had a little tif with the insurance company handling the bill and she immediately calmed my nerves and took care of everything for me. Great experience and customer service. Driver, Wesley, went above and beyond in getting my containers in the perfect spot. I made the mistake and had one of the containers loaded wrong, but he was able to position the truck and got it absolutely perfect. Highly recommend them for any shipping needs.

The team at American towing is amazing! At ConGlobal Charleston depot they deliver all of our shipping containers. They are responsive, reliable, detailed, orientated and always willing to go above and beyond to help. Melissa is my direct contact goes above and beyond in so many ways: mindless, understanding and will do everything possible to make things happen. I am so thankful for her every day!
