Got an oil change, and the tech left a mess underneath my skid plate. I had to clean up oil underneath my truck and also my driveway. This is the second time this has happened. I am considering not using this dealership for services any longer which is a bummer since my wife also just got a Highlander from there.

Bought car in September 2025 and was told the first 2 years of oil changes were free. Took car in at 9am on 2/28/26 after 5000 miles for first oil change and routine check up. Was told that only after 10000 miles the oil change was recommended and it would not be free. Paid $142 and asked for oil change despite not being free. I was told it would be a couple of hours and that I’d be notified when ready. I was called a few hours later and went to pick up vehicle at 2pm. I was told the oil change was not performed because the oil change request hadn’t been carried over in the “system” service notes. They apologized and I was told to wait a half hour and they’d get it done. Also, despite manufacturer stating 0W-8 oil is preferred and 0W-16 is okay to use, I specifically requested OW-16 for
