We were hundreds of miles from home and got into an accident in our Subaru (front bumper, hood, and passenger fender were damaged). The Subaru dealer in Redding referred us to American Truck and Auto Body, and we are glad they did! They helped us negotiate with our insurance company and made sure that they put actual Subaru parts on our car. They updated us regularly throughout the process, and when we got our car back it looked perfect. Excellent customer service and we felt that Diane and the team went over and above to make sure we were happy. We highly recommend their work!

The place to trust to do it right. I brought my S10 there 17 years ago. The integrity impressed me so much, that I can say today I am a return customer they currently are working on my GMC 2500.

Courteous and friendly service. Didn't charge me anything to have the mechanic pop back in my bumper. Would definitely go back for their outstanding customer service.
