I drove 50 miles to have them read the codes for an engine warning light on one of my Mitsubishi Fuso trucks. A couple of local dealers said that they did not have time to read the codes for at least a couple of days. American Truck read the codes and had me back on the road within a few hours and they also had some parts that I needed to buy. I was very happy with their attentive service and they were also very nice to my dog. They seem to have a well-run operation and an owner who is actively involved in the company.

Awesome, for the first time in months found a busines that wants to make money. Had an issue with my truck on the road right from the start was very helpful and when I got to the shop they had someone look at my truck within 20 minutes not 5 days ie; International it was even lunch time didn't stop them. Had me back on the road in a few hours Thank you Thank you.

They kept dodging me and delaying the work on my vehicle. I wasted several hours driving to and from the shop only to be told my vehicle wasn't ready yet. Dodged my phone calls and speaking to me in person by saying the manager was, "up on the hill." There is no hill.

Bought a certified used truck from them. Delays getting paperwork from them. Truck has had several mechanical repairs immediately after the purchase and they did nothing to make it right. Don't buy a truck here
