I clipped a pole earlier this year and needed my car fixed. I felt like an idiot when I did it, I was recommended to American Auto Way by Findlay Toyota to get my it repaired. When I walked in they were SO SWEET and said accidents happen and to not be so hard on myself for clipping a pole. Once I was able to take my car in, the gentleman I spoke to on the phone (I believe his name was Andrew) got me on the schedule and told me it’d be done in three days. I was skeptical, but pleasantly surprised to be wrong and it was done in that time. You can’t even tell I clipped a pole. Jennifer, the gal at the front desk is so warm and welcoming and Stacey, one of the estimators, took the time to explain what they did to fix my RAV and to let me know if I have any problems. Where do I start? They had my truck for 23 days due to pretty severe damage to my entire driver side, back in April. Well, they damaged my truck themselves. My truck bed was way out of line and left steel wool between my cab and truck bed which caused rusting before we saw it. They also scratched my tailgate 2 places. They broke the plastic trim on my truck bed. They broke a vent on passenger side(pictured), they scratched up both doors after being painted (pictured).
