I’m not happy. We have a contract or agreement and in it says claims will be handled within 48 hours. I had to spin over $600 in a hotel with a family of 6 because it took a week to get my water pump fixed in which they didn’t even pay for I had to pay for out-of-pocket which put me behind in my bills because I’m one of those check to check families. Then they told me they’ll reimburse me 500 per contract or agreement, and I’m yet to get a check. It’s now been 45+ days since claim was approved. Now they say they are in the process of getting me the funds. How are you in the process of getting me a reimbursement for more than 45 days that was already approved? So then I say that’s not fair I have to wait again. Is there any compensation for the breach in agreement or contract but you? They
