America's Tire

Damaged one of my wheels when installing new tires, no problem accidents happen. Problem is manager does not return phone calls or respond to emails.

Bought myself some new tires because I didn't like how the ones that came stock on my new car handled in the wet canyon. Picked out my tires online, had them shipped to the Auburn location, and then brought my car for install with an appointment. The Auburn location did a great job with communication throughout, connecting with me when the tires arrived and confirming my installation appointment, and sending an early text reminder the day of. Staff was friendly and warm on arrival, despite the shop being quite busy. None of the weirdness I've experienced as a woman alone at other shops- everyone here was normal and professional. Drop off and pick up were both a breeze. The new tires feel great, my car feels perfectly balanced. They even had my previous tires loaded into my vehicle in bags

I went in this morning because I needed a flat repair (that I expected to be not repair-able). I showed up 15 minutes before they opened. I was struck by how many customers were already there. They let us all into the waiting area before they were open, conducted their team huddle, and had us all in process by the time they actually opened. Patrick took care of me on my tire issue, Logan came over and updated me twice, and it was overall a stellar experience. It would be much more common for a group of employees to be cranky about getting bombed by a pack of customers before they even open. These guys are on top of it. I buy a lot of tires from America's Tire, and most of the time it is smooth if unremarkable. But just as often I'm really impressed by them, so I had to stop and wri

I got tires here. They were fine. Stopped by as the tire pressure monitoring stopped working. Not so much related to the tire work as it was some time later, but I have to say when I'm standing in line for a solid 10 minutes, one guy at the counter with an obvious tire enthusiast, and the phone rings, a guy from the shop comes to the counter and takes the call. He doesn't say, can you hold, instead he gives the person on the phone time. Pet peeve for me. I'm at the store, at the counter, waiting. Tell the person on the phone to hold. I'm no longer a customer for just this reason. Call me picky, but I think that doesn't reflect good customer service.

I have been loyal to America's Tire for years. Around 3 months ago, I went in to get my tires balanced and rotated. They checked the tire with a thing that looks like a cellphone, and I showed that I needed new tires. The tires still had around 3mm of tread and were nowhere near the wear indicators. I said to the guy that I’m not buying new tires right now, but he still refused to rotate and balance my tires. I told him that they need to be balanced, as I do a lot of highway driving and that in itself is dangerous. He said that it will be fine, but I need new ones. Since then, the car has been to 2 mechanic shops for separate issues, and both gave the tires a green light. I will never step foot into another America's Tire again; all you are about is money-grabbing. I have just ordered a fu
