I initially experienced excellent service; however, I was very disappointed to find my car scratched after it was parked next to the dumpster door. I called to let them know and they told me that the dumpster door is broken and it won’t stay shut. It is concerning that customer vehicles are being parked in an area that appears to present a known risk of damage. I hope they will address this issue to prevent similar situations in the future.

Love this place. Been coming here for years with all of my vehicles and they always take the best care of me. Great service by Daniel and very fast. Highly recommend getting any tire work done here if you want the best prices, friendly staff and quick turnover time!

Great service at America’s Tire in Costa Mesa! Even though it was really busy around midday, the staff was friendly and worked fast. They checked and replaced my tires in less than 1.5 hours. Alejandro was super helpful and really knows his stuff. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy. I’ll definitely come back here next time. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience at this America's tire. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain my options, walked me through different sizes that would work on my truck, and helped me choose something that fit both my driving needs and my budget. Overall, I highly recommend this tire shop. Whether you need new tires, an alignment, or just windshield wipers, this is absolutely a place you can rely on for professional, friendly, and efficient care.

Good people, prices and quality of work. However, they are quite inflexible on certain issues. For example, my tire picked up a screw and I had to plug it since I needed to drive to the airport and couldn’t wait for an appointment. Afterwards, I wanted to get it patched and Americas tire wouldn’t do it due to “liability issues” with me doing the initial plug. I brought it into JFC Xpress in Laguna Niguel and the owner said it wouldn’t be a problem and did the patch for a small but reasonable fee. I’ve used Americas Tire for years now but will switch to JFC based on this experience.
