Quick, efficient, and reasonable prices. Nothing more you can ask for. These guys and the Costa Mesa location are some of the best. Got here early at 7:40 am and they took my car in around 7:45 even though I had an 8 am appointment and they technically didn't open until 8. They finished it around 8:05. Good people. Also, there's an open window bay too so that you can see them working on your car.

I did not have an appointment and went in on the Saturday after Christmas. So, I went in with the expectation of waiting. I was immediately greeted and put into their queue for a sales rep. It took less than 5 minutes. I purchased a new set of tires and with 14 people in the queue ahead of me, it took about 1 hour or so to be done. Not bad at all. The sales associate was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable on the products. The prices were very competitive. I did get the tire certificates (free replacement if any damage), but I was not pressured into doing so. I'm not confident it is worth it, yet, but that's on me as the sales person put no pressure on, just explained what it was. All in all, it was an excellent experience and am sad I have not been here for prior purc

I bring all of my cars here when I need new tires. Their prices are competitive and all the guys are friendly and polite. I highly recommend booking an appointment (and pre-purchasing online) for fastest service.

I’ve been here for many years, I think I give it 5 stars with my another account few years back. I’m tired of this place last few month to 1 year. They keep overbooking, they couldn’t recognize my appointment. They quote me inconsistently. I’ve been using them with my at least 4 tires sets. They overbooking, my appointment is 11:00am, I picked my car around 1 PM. and I have to wait for a 2 hours of my simple tires inspections. It’s not like I just post this when I encountered once, but I give them multiple times if chances, but they keep overbooking booking make it so busy and the waiting time last for so long. You have to stop overbooking. And make our experience better. I think my next tires set will be other place. Their technicians are great, friendly and competence, you can
