America's Tire

Thank you to Denon(?) for his excellent service! I brought my car here for new tires and they got it done in like 20-30 minutes. It was pretty amazing. Unfortunately, in the days after the service, one hub cap fell off somewhere and so did one of the tube caps. So I drove back over to America’s Tire and Denon was extremely nice and ordered a new hubcap free of charge and replaced the tube cap right away. Very grateful for both his customer service and for his smile and positive demeanor. Very nice to interact with. He made me feel like a valued customer. I’ll definitely be back next time I need service!

I had such a great experience at America’s Tire thanks to Jonrae. From the moment he started helping me, I could tell he really knew what he was doing. after 20 years of great service - I only trust Americas Tires. Car felt a little off so I stopped in to have the tires checked 4 tires four different tire pressures. Just bought the car and as always they fixed me up and had me on my way. What a difference it made. Air rotation and flat repair are always free. Now if they can stop people from using the handicap stop for those I will only be there a moment folks.

Very disappointed. They scratched my wheel during the tire installation. I contacted management team and they said they will contact me in 2 days but never heard back from them. They don’t care about your vehicle. They just want your money . Be aware that after they install your tires and make sure check your wheels . Maybe they hope customers won’t find out the damage.

They had no problems patching a puncture 1/2" from the edge while another location said it couldn't be done. Took 40 mins and totally free. But they didn't snap the hub cap in all the way.
