EXTRAORDINARY Service and quality tires for many years. I've purchased new tires & installations for ALL of my SUVs directly from them, they did all of my tire rotations for FREE, and occasionally have repaired "mysterious slow leaks" when I've run over a nail, etc, all for FREE. Every phone call and appointment was processed quickly and professionally. I've always been able to get the appointments on the day and time that works for me. Their store in Napa is always clean, has seating, has FREE Wi-Fi, and conveniently located. Their new tire prices are competitive. The best attribute for them, by far, is their FANTASTIC Service each and every visit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

All of the people at this shop are terrific. We have been buying tires for 2 sometimes 3 vehicles for over 20 years now & they have always treated us with a high level of respect & dignity. There professionalism is a 5 out of 5. We had a leak in a tire & brought it in to have it checked. They found the leak & repaired it. When we asked them what the charge was, they told us NO CHARGE! We tried to give them money & they would not accept it. They said they do this for all of their customers as a part of their committed service to their clients & the community. I will forever be grateful for them & urge you to become a happy customer of this shop!!

I had an emergency and I called Americas Tire and they didn’t even answer the phone till it rang 20 times when I made an appointment told them what kind of car I had and then I needed a tire immediately I made an appointment went over all the way from Sonoma and No Tire. I spent 15 minutes on the phone with someone you have all my information now we don’t have that you’ll have to go to Vacaville. Can’t you have a transferred now we can’t with their answer and they also don’t do alignments don’t go here.

I just had 2 of my tires replaced . 2nd time here and the service is amazing, the process of paying for my tires online to making an appt to checking in was so simple . Once I arrived for my appt they were very quick . Kudos to everyone involved .

Great job! We had a nail in the tire of our rental car and the car rental co. Offered to tow it and replace it or we could go to a tire shop for repair/replacement and get reimbursed. We were a half Mile from America's Tire and brought it there. The patched the tire, no charge and we were on our way!!!!! Fantastic!
