America's Tire

I will definitely be taking our cars over here for tires after the awesome service we had today from Sebastian. We took our old family suv over for all four new tires and are very happy with the result. The prices are very good, and the work is honest.

They damaged 4 wheels, broke a OEM TPM sensor, and I'm still driving on a bad new tire (out of 4 I bought from them). The manager was apologetic but it was all a show. They filed a claim and their rep said the business (manager) declined liability. He also said my TRD pro wheel looks like curb rash. First off all it doesn't take a genius to see it's not curb rash. Second this was a wheel that America Tire could not balance the tire that Im still driving with it and it shakes. Next, the silver wheels were new in box when they installed them. I really regret bringing it here and most likely will need to take them to small claims. If I lose, I lose but I have proof that the silver wheels were new. Also the manager took pics of my black wheels and no where did they have this damage. I also

I had my first and hopefully only freeway blowout. My previous American Tire tires were fine, but I think I ran over something that punctured my tire and stayed there until I drove on the freeway, where it eventually dis-lodged. I could have just replaced the one tire with my warranty, however I choose to replace them all. The price was unbeatable. Made my appointment online, and was notified my car was ready before I finished my breakfast next door.

I had a great experience at America’s Tire thanks to Michael, Sean, and Jaero. They were kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Even over the weekend, they were able to get the exact tires I needed in less than 24 hours. Michael went above and beyond by working directly with the manufacturer to help get my tires covered. I work in the auto industry myself, and I would 100% choose this location for tires over any dealership. The whole team made the experience smooth and stress-free.

I have been going for several years to this location and they've been great every time. I always book an appt. online which is simple. You can also price match tires and price match installation cots! This time I had to use my warranty on my tires, no hassle, I knew I was covered right away. All I paid was for a warranty cert on the new tire. That's all! I highly recommend getting warranty especial with a lot of potholes in the area. I had done this before with my wife's car and had no issue that time either. I have dealt with Harley (fantastic service) in the past and another really tall dude that was so cool to talk to about what I needed on that visit.
