America's Tire

I always go to America's Tire for my tire needs. This time it was a nail in a tire that I know they'll patch for free--which they did. The reason I gave only four stars is because the guy who helped me immediately started telling me how he was concerned for my safety because my tires were, in his estimation, getting close to the end of their life. The tires (Continentals)have less than 25,000 miles and should be good for about twice that mileage. Considering how little I drive they should last another three years! Please know something about your customer before you start trying to earn your bonus.

I had a great experience at Americas tire always. I have taken my cars there for many years for tires and rotation. My service advisor Antonio was very knowledgeable and kind. He went above and beyond to help us with our needs. I would always suggest seeing Antonio when I go to Anericas tire in Palm Desert. California

Normally I have had good experiences with America's Tire in different locations. However this recent visit was not great. They put the wrong tires on the vehicle. I then had to wait another hour for them to re-install the right tires. Even worse, the tires they installed (the wrong one) didn't even match - the load ratings were different on each tire. I think they need to train their techs better and not rush as much. Employees seemed not to pay attention to details. PS: they do match costco price, which is nice

In Washington its Les Schwab for anything TIRE. I found out today when I had a FLAT... here in the desert it's America's Tire. Walked in late in the day near 6 pm closing time.... all service bays were full, the waiting room was filled with happy customers & the service desk was busy but Juan Carlos, Manager & his TEAM somehow squeezed me in.. Then they fixed my FLAT tire for FREE! It was my first time there & I didn't even have an account set up. WOW. And I have 2 say they are a cut above Les Schwab Tires (who I have had an account with for 20 years in the Pacific NW) ...Juan Carlos even offered to stay later than 6 p.m. because his Techs spotted additional problems with swollen lug nuts... Les Schwab Tire in Washington (who sold me the tires) completely missed that! The Tech explained

Got new tires at a different location but they mentioned they're all covered under the same warranty. Really saved me that day after getting a nail on my way to work! They're being remodeled so you will either have to sit outside or in a container but really nice wait time.
