America's Tire

Felt like a Nascar pit crew working on my truck. Had first appointment at 0815, they had me in early at 0800 and out at 0815. Amazed by the fast and friendly service. Great price for my Falken Wildpeak AT4W tires. 10/10 would recommend this Tire Shop.

Great customer service. Open up at 8:00am, wait 3 minutes before and friendly. Aaron was friendly and super helpful. Probably best retail experience in a long time!! Awesome Job

they are very professional at scamming you out of money. I paid premium for all new tires on my work van with warranty to fix any flat tires. A couple months later I got a flat tire and they said they couldn't fix it because of some damage that was on my tire that look like this (see picture). This damage supposedly means that the tires integrity is compromised and they wouldn't touch it. So I had to buy a new tire basically to replace it. At first it was not a big deal until I saw that the new tire I bought had the same damage! That's how I know they are scammers. That's ridiculous. They should have just repaired my flat tire for free like they promised. I'm absolutely disappointed I can't trust mechanics or even America's tires.

Edit to add and took away some stars: As I was driving away and making a turn I heard a very loud scraping sound coming from the same side at my damaged tire. Turns out I damaged more than my tires when I ran over the pothole. After reading some auto forums and talking to my mechanic friend who said they should have noticed the severe damage to the lower control arm to sway bar when they changed my tires; since it’s a safety issue I could have gotten into a really bad accident. I kept 3 stars for the Johnny’s professionalism at check in/out but really disappointed the guys in the shop didn’t catch something that should have been inspected with a tire change since they were right there and obviously didn’t do a basic inspection. On Saturday2-7-26 Went to specifically this shop, American tires and swapped my tires. I came in with my own tires brand new. I also asked them to do an alignment for my car after They will replace my tires. Monday morning I was going to work and I felt that the car is not driving The way it’s supposed to be; I felt that the car is pulling to the right side also it’s vibrating, which gives me a sign that the tires are not balanced and alignment. It’s not correct. Today2-9-26 I stopped by the shop that I really know the owner for at least 14 years, which is doing also alignment on the cars and repairs. I asked him to check The alignment on the car and he explained that it’s not done correctly. Also show me on the computer as well. I compared with the alignment from American tire and alignme
