The only reason this is a 4 star is because of the manager Kyle, he saved this review from being much lower. It would have been a 5 if I had met Kyle first. I brought a large vehicle in for some oddly wearing tires purchased here a year ago. The original manager looked and suggested either seeing a mechanic to fix the underlying issue before replacing 2 of 4 tires or rotating them for free and replacing all 4 down the road. I opted for the latter and dropped my van off for tire rotation. Upon picking it up I was notified they had stripped a lug bolt and didn’t feel comfortable placing it back in but it was safe to run on 4 of 5 lugs and since they didn’t have a replacement they said “well you can go find one and bring us the receipt” so what was a free service now cost me time, effort and

Got 2 tires here and had a great experience. It was busy and I didn't have an appointment but they fit me in and installed the tires earlier than the promise time. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable.

Do NOT go here!!! They severely damaged ALL FOUR of my rims. If you go here, prepare to have a lawyer ready.

These guys are amazing. I came in an hour before closing with no appointment because one of my tires was leaking air and within about an hr and a half they had it completely fixed and ready to go, no charge at all. It’s rare that you find a business that is willing to provide you such quality service when their getting nothing out of it but it’s honestly a genius move because I will definitely be coming here if I need a tire replaced.

I would highly recommend this tire shop. Shane was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Wait time was exceptional with an appointment; I needed two new tires and two new sensors, and assessment/diagnostic, replacement took a total of an hour and a half from start to finish. Pricing was transparent and reasonable.
