America’s Tire

I went to America's Best Tires today and had a great experience. They did a free tire rotation and balance and also checked my wheel alignment at no charge. The customer service was fantastic and everyone was very friendly. Noah was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. I really appreciated that they didn't charge me for the services. I was so thankful I even shared my sandwich with them. Great people and great service - highly recommend!

This is an update to my original review. My experience with America’s Tire has been exemplary. The personnel are professionals. This includes management and staff. The facility is clean, well-organized and made for an easy, informed visit—you can watch everything being done. My confusion about warranty information was more about me not asking for enough info., not any lack of transparency on Americas Tire’s part. It is by far, one of the most reputable businesses with which I have dealt in recent history, especially when compared to another national installer. Thanks to Mike and his crew at Americas Tire. I will recommend your services in the future.

Wife needed new tires and upgrade to the Falken Wildpeak A/T 265/50R/20 tires. They were done in under an hour and they look amazing on the Jeep. Way better than the stock tires. They ride so smooth and no noise. Amazing service and experience.

These guys are the definition of customer service. Was welcomed in today with a smile and a handshake with my name on a signboard welcoming me to the store. Everything was explained in detail and I was in and out with new and balanced tires in about 25 minutes. The store manager and installer came out after all was done and thanked me for choosing the store and made sure everything was done to my liking. He asked if my online experience was satisfactory as I had ordered everything online. All was good! The building is new and everything is clean. There’s coffee and refreshments in the waiting room and a big window where you can watch them work on your car. I traveled just over an hour from NJ to this store because I want the best for car. I had been researching tires for quite some time, looking for the best quality at a fair price, and this was an absolute steal. I received brand-new tires, including installation and taxes, for under $1,000—outstanding value. The shop itself was very clean, well-organized, and had a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. You can tell they take pride in their business. Even though they’ve only been open for a little over a year, the level of service felt well-established and trustworthy.
