Wonderful experience w Spencer and the Mavis Service team. Power Steering died just prior to Service Station closing. Spencer's team quickly looked over vehicle for assessment. Identified that my truck needed to be at a Ram Dealer for OEM parts and addional observations/assessments. Spencer arranged for a tow to dealer and waited w me for over an hour after closing with his family until scheduled tow arrived. Spencer also followed us to dealer to ensure vehicle arrived to correct location and I received a pick-up to return home from an hour away. Spencer and Mavis Team provided a service and care/concern that is uncommon in recent years. Great experience w great people.

They truly saved the day for me! I had a nail in my tire, and it was freezing outside. I rushed over to them just before closing time, worried I'd be stuck. They were so kind and didn’t give me any attitude at all. Not only did they take care of my tire, but they also changed my oil. I can't thank you enough! First of all I went to two different places before Mavis. One place was newly opened and quoted me a crazy price (over 800.00) to replace two tires (265/40 R 21 105v). The second place where I purchased the original tires couldn't get them until Saturday and get me in until Monday ..that was a problem because I was heading to FL. on Sat morning...Spencer at Mavis worked his tail off even though the computer locked up to find and acquire the tires in one day on Wednesday and had them installed by noon Wednesday.... Nicely handled....
