After prior dealing with The Other Windshield repair company, you know their jingle - which was HORRIBLE - A friend recommended AmeriPro. From my initial contact with Kimberly, then with John coming to our home to replace - I can truly say my experience with AmeriPro was FANTASTIC! John (and Kimberly) provided that extra touch of service, are knowledgeable and professional. My expectations were certainly exceeded, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I could not be more pleased with Kimberly and Caleb getting my windshield replaced and camera recalibrated on my Acura MDX. Kimberly started the process ordering an OEM windshield. She did what she said she would do and kept me informed the whole way through. Kimberly understood the challenges with the camera and made the whole process effortless and actually completely stressless. I knew she would take care of me. When the windshield came in they scheduled a visit to their office for installation since the camera had to be recalibrated a special way. Caleb was the tech when I arrived and had me in and out quickly. He was a complete professional, knew what he was doing and great communicator. I cannot say enough good things about this company! A rock hit my windshield, and I absolutely dread any kind of car-related repairs. I found this business on Google and was hoping for the best. Eli called my insurance company with me and made filing the claim super easy. The repair was scheduled for just three days later, and the tech came to my home. I sadly forgot the tech's name, but he was great as well! He gave me a 20 minute heads up before arriving and did an amazing job replacing my windshield. I highly recommend using AmeriPro if you have any kind of window damage to your car.

I had a cracked windshield and we contacted AmeriPro Glass in Jacksonville, Florida and I ask Kim the secretary and Caleb the technician about the windshield if it was original windshield from Subaru or OEM and Caleb the technician said "yes it is a OEM and not aftermarket but will not have the Subaru logo on it". So I waited for the car to be ready and I picked up the car. After a few days went by, it started to rain, and the dash started acting crazy which all derived from the installation from the windshield installed by AmeriPro. I was very, very disappointed in their work and for Dwayne, the manager, caring to address the issue. His insurance paid $687.24 for the installation, and now his calibration is off because of an aftermarket product. I tried several times to contact the m

I called them to see how much a self-pay windshield would cost me and Kimberly H. checked with my auto insurance- quickly while I was on the phone!!- and walked me through the steps of filing with them- I did not have to pay!! She got me scheduled within just a couple of days!! And she was knowledgeable and friendly!!
