Amerishine Car Wash

This place is amazing. I started using this car wash a couple of months ago and I love it. The membership is worth every penny, and this location is always fully stocked with towels and supplies. Plus the vacuums work! It doesn't get any better than this!

Never really had a problem with this place before until today. Staff was looking at the track beforehand, which should have been my first red flag. When I was given the go-ahead. The track took a second for it to get my tires. During the whole car wash, it felt like I was on a roller coaster. Bouncing left and right the whole time. Then the track rollers went under my car in both the middle and near the end (not the very end) of the wash. When I got to the vacuums one of them didn't have any suction and there were no towels.

I went used the car wash on Saturday. I noticed the damages it did to my vehicle so I went got the manager on duty. He took pictures and felt the damage. The general manager Chris told me he couldn’t see the anything on video or pictures so he asked me to bring it up there. I did bring the vehicle and his supervisor was there he going to said he never said any like this. Chris told me it’s the tire shine and he has to go check his machine. So I went up there tonight and Chris told their mod the his supervisor and him saw the damaged on the vehicle now. So I asked to see if they refused to let me see it. I know they lying. Now they going said Brain will call me in the morning which they haven’t been communicating with me. Poor service. Now on Friday I call up there at the car wash. Chris

This place has gone through a lot of employees it seems lately. The previous manager Stephanie was horrible we’re so glad they didn’t keep her around. She cussed my wife out and told her she hopes she went to hell all because my wife was not aware you could only go through once a day. Normally when you purchase an unlimited wash plan we assumed it would be unlimited, but anyway I mainly posted today because the people they have there now are very friendly, and helpful and we’ll give a shout out to Devin. He Has a great attitude and enjoys his job. When you have people like that it helps your wash experience for sure.

This review is for Amerishine Carwash. This address is the former location of Dream Carwash West. I have experience working at an express car wash (not this location). My wife and I were both monthly members with Dream. However, they lacked the tools and amenities we desired for a full interior and exterior self care outcome. We cancelled. When we saw Amerishine replace this business, I came back one day to give the new folks a try. Here’s what I found: Removed: -prep area amenities (brush and block sponge for removing bugs and tar before your wash). -Buff and Dry at the end of the tunnel (it never worked anyway; I dont miss it). Kept: -Window cleaner -Vacuums (2 different heads) -compressed air -Various Levels of washes -good customer service -chemicals and amenities in the tunne
