I took my truck in for its annual inspection / emissions test. During the inspection the mechanic disovered I needed front brakes and rotors as well as a front axel for my 4-wheel drive. I know the mechanic is doing their job when they are very thorough in looking for safety issues. Some shops I have dealt with in the past may have never noticed or inspected the axel area. For my own saftey I am grateful for what they do by doing their job correctly. When I arrived at the shop Dave the mechanic showed me exactly what was wrong with the axel. After seeing it in person I fully understood what I was being told what was wrong with the truck. Overall great service. I went in this morning to get a tire plugged. Kevin greeted me and was able to get my tire fixed immediately. They are always accommodating and I am thankful for their service.

Took advantage of a college student- small piece of steering wheel was broken off- instead of explaining to her that it would not pass inspection- mechanic toyed around with the wheel, broke off more plastic to the point you only saw metal & then after the fact told her it wouldn't pass & there was nothing they could do- handled completely wrong
