Mavis Discount Tire

THE WORST!!! Called and was told what they tire would be get there it’s a different price. I only needed one tire mounted and balance. They said sure we will get you right in. Got my car towed there just to wait almost 4 hours just to get 1 tire mounted. RIDICULOUS! Saying they short staff but still was taking walkins. Staff is just chatting and not working. I kept asking when will you start I just need one tire one. Kept saying Ibwouls be next and wasn’t. I could have went anywhere, but I called first to make sure and tgey could get me right in. The worst experience of my life. I was given a dirty tire that looked used. They even dirtied my car. I called after my boyfriend seen it and multiple ppl stated it does look in fact used. This place is ok I had to update this review after a few issues raised after I left I had to come back for an alignment he tried to do it twice after the second time he said it was good i leave an started driving alignment not done right i called they said come back Thursday they all have an attitude now that im back as if im wrong i just paid 3000 to have everything fix to do alignment now the next day after alignment i take children to school I turn a corner I hear this loud humming noise never hear before I call the store he says well im sure it is nothing to do with alignment i say well I never heard this sound until he did the alignment now i have to go to the one way in glendolden pa because they have nasty attitudes when you confront them sad man they sure do know how to treat u rig

Had a 9am appointment for a quick oil change and told them I was going to wait for my vehicle. I was the only person there that was waiting while a number of other customers were dropping off to pick up later, but apparently they took multiple other cars in before mine anyway - I waited until 10:30am and they still had not even taken the vehicle into a bay to begin the oil change, so I took my keys back and left. I can understand that they were busy, but I specifically had an appointment time for 9am for what should have been a quick service and I figured since I was waiting for it they would have given me some priority, but didn't even get an apology for the ridiculously long wait and waste of time. No customer service here unfortunately.

Great experience and value. I got my TPMS sensor replaced and had my tires here earlier. Rotation is free! I was skeptical about the tires, but they were actually really good and I like them!

My one tire kept losing air and getting very low, so took my car to Mavis and asked if they could check it, I was the first to arrive in the morning, the checked my tire and advised me there is no leak but I will be needing new tires. They also gave recommendations of what repairs my car needs. I said I will have those repairs looked into in future but I had to get to work. They were very courteous and informative. They didn’t even charge me for their service that day. I was very appreciative and would recommend Mavis to anyone looking for a reliable auto repair shop.
