AMG Motors of Eastman

Just brought my daughter her first car here at AMG Motors of Eastman! The salesman James was patient and understanding. James let us test drive several different cars and ultimately my daughter pick out a Fiat 500. The dealer was flexible with pricing and easy to do business with. Thank you AMG Motors of Eastman! I recommend this dealer for their honesty and transparency.

(I have only had the car at this point of the post for under 48 hours before having to bring it back to the dealership) I am going to put a three star for now and tomorrow I will come back and leave another review if the problems get resolved. Anyway, I came in on Saturday February 28th and bought a Toyota Scion from them very nicely sound car except the only little issue I saw when test driving the car was a bit of a slip when you initially put the car into drive which me and the salesman chalked up to a possible ‘delay shift’ intentionally put onto the car in manufacturing (some cars in this type of style have a delay shift and will wait a second or two before going into gear, most of the time it is to help with fuel economy) so we had made a deal with them to come in today Monday march

very bad experience. they do not respond they are not informative at all they sold me a car with an E brake that does not work and did not tell me about half the problems with my car when i bought it. for example when i press the lock button on my drivers door it ONLY licks the drivers door the passenger door is unresponsive to the button. my car had a missing part on it (the 02 sensor) and made me drive 3 hours for them to put the part on and when i got there they told me they didn’t have time and handed me the part in a box and told me to get someone else to do it for me. it takes me days if not weeks to get any response from them. i ask for a payoff so i can check how much i owe on my vehicle and pay it off sooner and they’ve been unresponsive for over a week. would never recommend this

Sorry this review is long over due so I’m posting one now. So I’ve bought 4 vehicles from AMG starting back when they were Thumbs up Motors in Warner Robins. My two daughters cars and myself and when my son Graduates I’ll get his first vehicle from them. I just want to say they are really great people to deal with. All of the cars I’ve gotten from them has been really good cars. Sure they may have had minor scuffs or whatever but miles, motor, and transmission is what’s important to me my brothers taught me that lol. All and all they are still nice looking cars the ones I’ve chosen. I’ve never had to spend major money of getting anything fixed because I’ve rarely had anything wrong with them and aside that being used cars I’ve only had simple things done maybe like three years of having th

James & Dexter were wonderful, pointed me in the right direction of a vehicle & made the buying process super easy/straight to the point. I was happy with my purchase & the vehicle was really nice for 200k miles. I would recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a decent used vehicle!
