Went in for brakes on my Miata this week. It's an old car with odd parts so there were some issues getting the right ones but regardless, the communication was on point and their willingness to go out of their way to help was outstanding. All staff and mechanics were super nice. When they discovered I'd need rotors in addition to pads, they didn't just tell me It was needed, the tech invited me into the shop and showed me WHY they needed to be replaced. Truly transparent and helpful. There was a shipping delay causing me to have to leave the car there overnight and then the next day when they called saying my car was ready, I had no way to get there and was walking in the rain after work. Took my vehicle in to replace the alternator, and within 6mons I was back with the same issue. 9mons later same thing. I was giving the run around by the owner and staff. My vehicle was left sitting untouched for the entire week. Through out the entire month of July I was back and forth with Eastman Automotive. Only to find out he put a remanufactured part in my vehicle. Never again will I take a vehicle to his establishment. Crooked, and take advantage of customers.

I am new to Georgia and Eastman and needed tires installed I called several places and these guys gave me the best price. So I made a appointment with them to get installed they were prompt and polite when I arrived and did exactly what they said for the price they quoted me. Gained a customer for life highly recommend
