ZERO STARS! Definitely would NOT use!! Called them when my car broke down on the side of a highway to ask for a tow; they told me it would simply be “cheaper” to call elsewhere when I told them my location then hung the phone up on me. ( I was 15 minutes away from their shop and the tow I was going to be asking for would’ve been about 15-20 minutes down the same highway from where my car was broken down at, going back toward their shop). Called back not long later asking again for a tow and got the response that their wrecker was “unavailable” and told me once again to call elsewhere. For a business that advertises on their google page that they have a towing service you’d think that they’d been more than willing to tow my car (no matter the cost to me). I broke down in the middle of the night and had to be towed. The following morning they started on the repairs & had me back on the road in no time. Extremely honest & incredible customer service. Thanks again.
