Patient staff and very timely responses. The women on the phone was very pleasant to speak to and knew exactly how to help me even when I was fumbling around with what I wa looking for. Even when they didn't have the part I was looking for she was able to help me figure out a fantastic alternative to what I needed.

$750 for a use engine paid half 3/25 and the other half 4/2 after driving my car for month and a week later the timing belt broke without wondering. While me and my children was in the car I pulled over immediately and got my car towed called this junkyard back the lady was very rude and didn’t care about what I was saying after a month wasn’t nothing they can do. It’s a waste of time and money never again.

Great customer service, I buy a lot of parts from them, and always the lowest prices around. And they have a huge inventory. If they don't have it they will find it within hours at the lowest price around.
