We went in with a coolant leak. Brian and Nate’s research identified and fixed the root cause, which did NOT include replacing expensive hoses and ripping the engine apart. Brian and Nate are very easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable! They go above and beyond and explain the problem fully and help you to clearly understand the issue with your vehicle. Brian and his team have always been able to get me in same or next day, but this time they blew me away. I noticed my radiator was leaking over the weekend, I dropped it off Sunday night (no appointment) hoping they could look at it sometime that week. Brian called before 10am Monday morning with details and the cost and said they might be able to get it done by the end of the day. I knew there was a lot of labor involved to make the repair, so figured it would be Tuesday until I could pick it up, but Nick called before 5pm to let me know it was ready. Thank you Amity Auto! Guys at the shop were helpful, quick to respond, did great explaining why and what needed to be done. They did their best to complete the job quickly.
