Red Kieffer Auto Repair has been a familiar name in our family beginning with my father who first had his Mercedes serviced there and on to my generation and my sons. Trust worthy, quality service is first, knowledge and experience are second.

I purchased a one owner low mileage 2013 Mercedes ML350 and was looking for an independent reliable service provider. I scheduled a state inspection and an overall vehicle check. The vehicle needed a rear coil spring for inspection and the technican found a minor oil leak from the front timing covers. I reseached the leak and found that it would eventually leak into the alternator resulting in an expensive replacement. I find it prudent to have issues repaired before they escalate into major problems , so that is one reason I wanted to find a honest repair shop to evaluate the current condition and maintain the vehicle in excellent condition.

The team at Red Kieffer's is amazing. The service is top notch and the people are all so great to work with. I cannot recommend this team and this shop enough.
