Drove an hour out to get a downpipe installed on my M340i and it was 100% worth it. Fair pricing, honest work, and super knowledgeable people. Both guys were friendly, easygoing, and made the experience smooth. Really solid shop—glad I made the trip out. Definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking for quality work!

I purchased a wheel alignment service for $50. After the alignment was completed, I noticed the steering was still off and the vehicle was not tracking straight. Due to urgent obligations, I wasn’t able to return immediately, but I went back as soon as I reasonably could. When I returned, I was told there was nothing they could do because they do not warranty their alignment work. I was also told the mechanic had test-driven the vehicle and signed off on it. This was disappointing. A proper wheel alignment should result in a vehicle that drives straight, and that was not my experience. I wasn’t asking for anything beyond having the alignment rechecked to ensure it was done correctly. What stood out most was the lack of willingness to verify or stand behind the quality of the work. Rude! The guy had an attitude from the very beginning when I asked about the Groupon alignment after having new tires put on and issues with the traction light. He stated he doesn’t know anything about that and said my transmission is messed up. Then I told him the car wasn’t doing that until after the tires were put on and still said he didn’t know and all he could do was an alignment. Super nasty attitude and rude. Then tried to charge me an extra fee for my “SUV” (Nissan juke) which is smaller than most 4 door sedans anywho I’m glad I was able to exchange the Groupon for another shop with a way better attitude and was able to give me actual knowledge and advice on what to do from here. And based on these other reviews I’m glad I didn’t let them touch my car anyways.

Great place, I’ll definitely go there back. I needed to change oil and Parker and his colleague stayed until they finished the job. Good service and price.
