I recently brought a friend to her “fitting” appointment. This was my first exposure to AMS. The employee that walked us through the fitting was Oscar Sandoval. He provided an extremely positive service experience. The way he treated my friend was so impressive that I wanted to write this review. It was evident that this wasn’t just a job to him, he really cared. Even the follow up meetings remained positive. It’s true that AMS is a dealership but I’ve worked with many dealers and have never been treated with such care and compassion. Thank you, Oscar, for being a wonderful representative of AMS!

I have had the van for 11 weeks and still do not have a title. It's a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica with only 4600 miles. The van also had to have the intake manifold gasket, the intake plenum gasket and the oil cooler replaced. $1,700 lucky for me the van was still under warranty "so much for 134-point inspection". What a nightmare!!! The communication after the purchase is horrible!

This is the absolute best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. The people are so nice and competent. They know what they are doing. They know how to get you what you need. They listen and are patient with all of your questions. Even though they are able bodied, they completely understand our needs and how to accommodate us.
