Jawad was super courteous and knowledgable and walked me through what the smog process was like. I waited in the lobby while the test was being performed and it didnt even take a long time for it to be done. Appreciated his safety precautions as well as level of service he gave me. (he made sure to wear his mask properly at all times, with gloves, as well as gave me a courtesy water). I absolutely recommend Anaheim 5 Star Smog to my fam and anybody who needs smog services (specially if youre coming from the Anaheim AAA like I did, its seriously 2 blocks away). Thanks!

Stay Away – Felt Like Walking Into a Gang Hideout! I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience at this smog shop was so unsettling that I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment I pulled into the lot, I had a bad feeling—and for good reason. There was an actual physical altercation happening between a customer and one of the workers. Yelling, threats, and chaos. Not exactly the kind of environment you’d expect from a professional business. Despite my gut instinct telling me to leave, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake. The manager (if you can even call him that) was covered in tattoos and had the attitude of a gang member sizing up a rival. I was in the area looking for a smog shop and I’m glad I came across this one. The owner, Jawad, was so helpful and kind. I brought mine and my mom’s car and he completed the job in 15 minutes and was extremely professional too. I highly recommend bringing your car here, best decision I made!

Owner was very helpful. Customer service was amazing, I received a free water and was able to use the restroom when I asked. The whole process only took about 15 minutes. I will be recommending this smog shop to all of my friends and family!
