Anaheim Hand Car Wash

This is my 2nd time coming by…. The first time I came by, I was with my boyfriend and the owner introduced himself and accommodated us. We were happy and satisfied with the job that was provided for us. We did both 2 platinum wash. This time I came by myself and a different server helped me out… I told him about my concern which was my mats and my white seats… I told him that I need my mats washed and just my white seats to be wiped down. He recommended me platinum as it comes with the rubber mats and he said that he will tell them to wipe down my white seats. There would be no problem. I said okay. For the price $55 bucks including tax (not the tip yet) I was expecting for more of a better job. I was hoping that my concerns would be accommodated. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I

Did a pretty solid job for a decent price on my Sequoia. However I had to do the windshield myself as there was residue from some dressing or similar. Rest of the windows were clean though. Didn't take forever either for the executive wash at least. Idk if they shampood my front mats either as they were dry. They also didnt even bother to do the third row mats.

I brought in my SUV after a long road trip with the kids, and they made it look brand new. The cleaning was incredibly thorough—their attention to detail is amazing! Coupled with excellent customer service and great prices, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommended!

I would drive out of my way just to get my car washed at the Orange Hand Car Wash location. And then I saw they opened up this Anaheim spot closer to my place! SO HAPPY! Service - You know it's good when the guy recognized you from the other place and was a homie to walk you through what kind of wash to get based on your needs. He did a thorough inspection and assessed and priced it accordingly. I really appreciate that kind of stuff. After my interior wash, he even provided seat plastic if needed. It's those small things that add up to a good customer experience. Location - Pretty freaking great, to be honest. Highly recommend for anybody to come here and get their car washed. They do great work. Also not to forget to mention you can get your oil changed and a Free Car Wash highly recommend. Customer service is exquisite plus they have a new sleek look
