The experience I have with this insurance agency it hasn't been the best. Very frustrating to have them contact me back. They can take up to 5 days to reply to an email, and if you leave a voicemail they just call back whenever they feel like.
We've been using Anastasia for over three years now. Great service, good prices and a very helpful place to go for insurance.
