I would recommend these guys over and over! They really do go above and beyond. 4 years ago being first time parents and young Cynthia really went above to help us finalize our paperwork and assist in us collecting our new truck when we didn’t have the means to do so but we’re in need of a small break, she was great to us and our child. Now looking for a 2nd car (my first one’s still kicking at 217,000 miles which I love!) she remembered us from that first visit and was still so wonderful to see! This is our second vehicle from there and had an amazing experience once again! Saw a truck on their website drove over there. Took it for a test drive put a deposit down! The next day did paperwork for a bit and had the truck ready in a couple of days. Less than an hour a half from seeing the truck to doing paperwork and loan approval. McKenzie Did a great job taking my info down and putting all the details together . Jordan helped me along with all the paperwork! Everyone there were great and friendly hey even hsve a shop to get maintenance done . So they have a customer for life with me !

Speedy, thorough, and kind. I can’t help but say positive things about them. The online options to exploring the lot itself. Came in dead set with an online vehicle I’d been browsing for a week, only to find something else that checked all my boxes for my ideal vehicle. They were helpful getting everything in order for it to road ready leaving only the physical signing and money portion to us. They truly made it an easy experience couldn’t be more grateful for the team over there.

So far, other than the wait, my experience with Gary Jackson has been amazing! They're hard working people and try their best to keep and satisfy their customers. The dealership worked hand-and-hand with me through the buying process and although the wait was long the reward was well worth it! They even were gracious enough to assist with transportation to the dealership so I could pick up the vehicle. I am super stoked with the vehicle so far and so is my Lil guy.
